As an IDEO CoLab Fellow, I joined a team of interdisciplinary designers to reimagine a tool for career transitions in the workplace of the future. Over the course of a week in April 2019, my team and I brainstormed, prototyped, and presented an updated interface system for applicants and recruiters.

SkillStack asks the question: What if we treated a resume as deck of cards instead of a linear timeline of occupations?
Imagine a future in which your skills and competencies can be captured and verified on individual "cards."
Each "stack" of cards could be easily shuffled by applicants for relevance to different positions, and by recruiters for more personalized talent requisition process.
